Working on your real work by the date in your plan, or a full refund. "Working" means it passes the test in your plan, on samples of your own work. Not passed by the date? Tell us in writing within 10 business days: a full refund within 7 business days, or free work until it passes, your choice. The date moves only while we wait on what we asked for in writing.
