What we store, and why.

Forms

When you join the newsletter, save a seat at a workshop or online session, write to us through the contact form or ask for your quiz result, we store what you typed, the exact consent text you saw, and the time. A copy also comes to our inbox. We use it only for what you asked for.

The quiz

We record which answers people choose and which recommendation they get, without names, to improve the quiz. A random id in your browser tab groups one visit's answers; it is deleted when you close the tab.

Security

To stop spam we store a scrambled form of your connection address with what you send. It changes every day, we use it only to limit repeat requests, and we delete it on request.

What we never use

No third-party trackers, no advertising pixels and no analytics services. Payments are handled by Stripe on its own checkout page; we never see your card.

Your choices

Every newsletter can be unsubscribed. To see or delete what we hold about you, email hello@getcustomagents.com.
